for driving greater organizational and operational effectiveness. He has been

Before joining Sherbrooke, Tom was a
Senior Associate at Mercer Management Consulting, Inc. He holds an MBA from
The Wharton School.

| Anne works with and facilitates teams who
are revitalizing their brands and creating new products and programs. She
brings a strong consumer focus, with a commitment to ensuring the consumer
viewpoint is a strong component of marketing strategy development. Her
approach integrates an understanding of creative and business processes.
Recent engagements have focused on the development of new value propositions,
corporate positioning and branding, as well as advertising development.
Prior to joining Sherbrooke in June of
2001, Anne ran her own qualitative research firm for over 10 years, providing
the consumer insight that helped clients create powerful brands through
customer-focused products, services and communications.
Anne began her career in advertising,
holding a variety of account management positions
at Young and Rubicam NY, Hill Holliday and Arnold Communications.
donald r.
leopold | Don’s consulting focus is on
helping clients develop and articulate their business strategies, and on
building organizations that are capable of implementing those strategies. He
has applied a highly facilitative approach to his work since he began his
consulting career with Harbridge House in 1980.
Don’s recent engagements have included
creating and facilitating a strategic planning process for a major furniture
retailer; conducting an industry assessment, facilitating a strategic
planning process, and leading an organizational redesign for a major private
equity firm; providing organizational development consulting, including use
of the Work-Out process, to a Catholic health care system; serving as
executive coach to the Chairman of a department of a leading medical school;
and designing and delivering a leadership development program for the leaders
and managers of a consumer foods company.
Don holds a BA from Harvard College, cum
laude in general studies, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He serves
on the Boards of The Brandon School and Thousand Trails, Inc.

1984, 11 years as a Vice President with Mercer Management Consulting and six
years as a Senior Partner with Sherbrooke. The focus of his work is helping

lifestyle trends to effective business and brand models.
Tony’s projects frequently integrate large and small group facilitation with
business strategy development. Recent engagements have included strategic
planning retreats, brand strategy development, executive development,
Work-Out sessions, and loyalty/satisfaction studies for clients in the
financial services, healthcare, branded consumer goods and entertainment
sectors. His client relationships range from senior leaders in Fortune 500
